1. Morgan Memorial Goodwill (Concord)

Located at 211 Sudbury Road, Goodwill Concord accepts clothing, shoes, accessories, household goods, and small electronics. Make sure items are clean and in good condition, and wipe personal data from any electronics. Goodwill Donation Information


2. Household Goods, Inc. (Acton)

Just a short drive from Concord, this nonprofit provides furniture and household goods to individuals and families in need. They rely on donations of gently used furniture and household essentials. Check their website for their “Most Needed Items” list before donating. Donate to Household Goods

3. Acton-Boxborough Resource Center (Acton)

Located on Acton-Boxborough’s main academic campus at the Acton-Boxborough Regional Schools administration building, the Acton-Boxborough Resource Center has donation bins to donate items that are gently used and new. The items are available at the AB Exchange which is a space in the AB Resource Center where Acton and Boxborough residents can access essential items they need to thrive. Donate to the AB Resource Center


4. Community Closet (Concord-Carlisle Foundation)

The Community Closet serves local residents by providing clothing, shoes, and essentials. They especially need seasonal clothing and new socks/underwear. Donation days are typically the first Saturday of each month. Learn About the Community Closet


5. Gaining Ground, Inc.

This local nonprofit farm grows organic produce for hunger relief. They accept supplies like gloves, wheelbarrows, and banana boxes, as well as financial contributions. Support Gaining Ground


Open Table Maynard food pantry make a donation

6. Open Table (Maynard)

Open Table groceries and prepared meals serves central Middlesex county, providing support and assistance through fresh food and prepared meals. Donations can be brought to the Maynard facility. 


7. Acton-Boxborough Food Pantry (Acton)

8. Buddy Dog Humane Society

At The Lighter Home, we’re a huge fan of our furry friends, and like to make sure those that are most vulnerable receive the love and care that they need. We donate often to Buddy Dog Humane Society which is  located on Route 20 in Sudbury. Just a town over, Buddy Dog is a wonderful organization that rescues, cares for and places unwanted dogs and cats.  Buddy Dog’s most needed items
